New facility!?
Yesterday Ross and I met with his business partners to go over the business proposal and lease agreement for the new facility. At first I was a little clueless to what was going on but apparently stufff I learned in school slightly helped. There was a full revenue analysis, break even analysis, and business proposal similar to program planning proposals. Then I found out that we were going to be a fully functioning gym as well as a MMA Academy. There are going to be some big changes and I'm excited for all of it to take place. It's just a matter of marketing and getting the info to as many people possible. I'm working on all the little marketing tools like Facebook and Myspace to get the word out.
